I'm actually working on a research paper and I'm having a very hard time looking for articles and luckily i found your blog. I would like to ask for your permission if i could use some of your resources if you don't mind. and also do you have an idea of the following questions that i have? 1.) Performance evaluation and system maintenance and the importance of these two activities. 2.) main benefits of Performance evaluation and system maintenance. 3.) Performance measuring tools. 4.) How performance evaluation can be used as a preventive measure. 5.) Different philosophies on systems maintenance. (the hardest question to answer) 6.) Options available to organizations regarding hardware and software maintenance.
